Job Context:

The Lifeline Lodge & Resort is a sister concern of Hundred Souls Limited.It is going to recruit Accounts Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, and ledger entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee budget management, cash flow, and accurate financial record-keeping.

VAT & Tax Compliance

• Ensure VAT and tax compliance, managing all filings and documentation.

• Payroll & Administrative Functions

• Process monthly payroll and manage administrative functions, including vendor management and documentation.

Audit & Compliance

• Support audit processes by preparing relevant documents and maintaining strong internal controls.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, staff coordination, and office management.
