Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/ MBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed public university.
∎ Professional Certification: CA (CC) in reputed CA firm with partly qualified is preferable.
∎ Special course from ICAB on IFRS or by personal expertise on IFRS is an added qualification.
∎ ITP or VAT practitioner certificate will also be treated as added qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular transaction related all work.
∎ Prepare Mushak- 6.3 for the all types of sales invoices.
∎ Prepare purchase register (Mushak -6.1), Sales register (Mushak -6.2) and other register & keep up to date.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT and Income Tax returns with required supporting documents and submission to VAT and Income Tax authorities on time through hard copy and software.
∎ To maintain and update the following VAT records manually Mushak -6.2.1, Mushak -6.6, Mushak -6.10., Mushak-4.3, & Mushak-9,2 as required by VAT authority.
∎ Communication & attending on hearing for all VAT and Income tax related affairs with their local office and Circle.
∎ Collection treasury Challans with certificates from customer's and maintained database.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other related documents.
∎ Prepare TDS & VDS certificates (Mushak- 6.6) and provide to vendors.
∎ Prepare monthly TDS and VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Prepare party register and reconciliation between individual party register posting and party.
∎ Reconcile VAT delivery/purchase with Store delivery/Purchase and Check accuracy of VAT & software record keeping.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 year(s) in the relevant field.
∎ Should have experience in: IFRS treatment, Income Tax and VAT.
∎ Should have experience to work with Group of Companies;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ Self-Motivated, Energetic & Hard-worker
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity, honesty and mentality to work target oriented and work under pressure.
∎ Should have computer literacy in Office Suit and accounting software
