Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in M.Com, Or MBA in accounting
∎ Accounting/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.
∎ Ensure timely checking of party invoices, and other payments.
∎ Dealing with petty cash functionalities ensuring all sorts of cheque/cash payment, banking formalities, and timely completion of financial reports.
∎ Maintaining accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque.
∎ Preparing and filing of invoice & Challan.
∎ Prepare treasury challan for TDS & VDS.
∎ Making liaison with branch office on regular basis.
∎ Monthly Bank Reconciliation preparation.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of MS- Word And MS- Excel.
∎ Experience in Payment Processing, Financial Adjustment Journals and Bank reconciliations will get preference.
∎ Should be willing to work long hours whenever required.
∎ Working knowledge of Bangladesh TAX & VAT
∎ High Integrity/ Team player
∎ knowledge of ERP (Accounting system Software) software system will get preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
