Educational Requirements:
∎ M.com/ MBA/BBA (major in Accounting/ Finance) from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and recording all transactions like Receive vouchers, payment vouchers, requisition and daily cash/bank transactions by maintaining proper accounting system.
∎ Take approval of all payment vouchers and requisition from management and posting to register.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
∎ Maintaining files - including filing of general ledger, Parties ledger, Vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings
∎ Inventory management & control
∎ Prepare of all sorts of documents and reports for management and clients in Bangla and English.
∎ Official file and document management
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.
∎ Prepare all types of accounting report and submit to top management with in stipulated time.
∎ Time to time report to the supervisor.
∎ Any other work as assigned by the authority.
∎ Maintain a backup of the data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 1-3 years practical experience.
∎ Fresh graduate may also be considered.
∎ Bangla and English typing speed should be excellent.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Real-Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Accounts, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Report Writing, Official Document/file management.
Salary: Negotiable
