Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Civil Engineering/equivalent or diploma in any discipline from any reputed University preferably from Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, managing & coordinating for completion of the project works in a timely with the supervision of the project to ensure the quality of work as per drawing without misuse of funds or materials.
∎ Daily, Weekly & Monthly report to the supervisor of Junior Engineer with details of works completed works, quality report, recommendation of the bill for approval of management as per terms of work order.
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to the Head Office & coordinating with the entire department.
∎ Taking physical inventory weekly, and monthly to cross-check with the monthly inventory report to stop misuse of as per material stock ledger & Material Indent.
∎ Responsible for keeping the warehouse/storeroom clean at all times.
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policy programs, smooth operation, and safety of the warehouse location, personnel & products.
∎ Organizing and controlling the flow of materials as per policy to be formulated by the Junior Engineer to ensure that no wastage or pilferage of materials.
∎ Every product must be issued against individual requisitions approved by depart heads.
∎ Ensuring that all spare parts are numbered before issuing.
∎ Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work and filing of all documents
∎ Receive a copy of all purchase orders issued by procurement with a sample where applicable
∎ Receive all goods from a vendor and physically check quantity and quality as per Purchase Order
∎ Capable of preparing Cost Estimation, budget, Pricing, Quality of Work & Checking Bills as per documents
∎ Prepare daily work reports as well as a weekly report at the weekend.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer for all reports & correspondence.
∎ Capable of handling files as per file list, preparation of file content, identification of shortfall documents or pending issues in each file & necessary planning & execution to resolve pending issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years experience in preparing details bills of quantity, cost estimation, cost & rate analysis, contractor's bills checking etc.
∎ Must have proper knowledge about all types of finishing works on construction sites.
∎ And basic knowledge of marketing & sales of Engineering products.
