Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Engineering, Diploma in Civil, Diploma in Architecture
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ Graduation in Architecture or equivalent with a minimum of 06 years experience or a Diploma in Civil / Architecture with 8-10 years experience in the Real Estate Sector (preferably from a Public University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Operation Maintenance, Operator (CAD), Planning, Project Management with proper Management of Construction material
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of Planning, Cost Estimating, Managing, Checking, Controlling, and Budgeting for Effective Project Management. Inspection & Reporting on Architectural, Engineering MEP plans & Drawings and Corrective or modification measures, if needed to ensure the quality of works at possible effective costing.
∎ Capable to prepare & check BOQ, pricing & cost estimation including separate BOQ for each project, building, apartments, common area, and utility services to properly forecast the project cost with BAR Chart or work schedule & approval of Authority.
∎ Capable of handling, controlling & checking project stock, work approval, daily work plan & all related files and documents of projects including daily & monthly reports to the management.
∎ Ability to manage & coordinate meetings including meeting minutes, capable of tasking the subordinates, motivating, evaluating, rewarding & disciplinary actions upon subordinates like Architect, Engineers, Accountant, storekeeper, security guards, sub-contractors, suppliers & others based on terms of the contract and reporting to management for approval.
∎ Capable of bill checking for sub-contractor, suppliers, consultants & related organizations or persons and reporting to management for approval.
∎ Capable of handling files as per file list, preparation of file content, identification of shortfall documents or pending issues in each file & necessary planning & execution to resolve pending issues.
∎ Retd. Govt. official with proper knowledge of the aforementioned issues will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, self-motivated to work independently under pressure & finished the task or report in continued process till it is completed on daily basis to achieve the target of the company and approval of management.
∎ 5 to 10 years experience, preferably real-estate sector.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer for all reports & correspondence.
∎ And basic knowledge of marketing & sales of Engineering products.
Salary: Negotiable
