Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Completing daily transactions and ensure timely payments of the bills in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures and guidelines
∎ • Creating Invoices, Bills, Estimates & Quotes in XERO
∎ • Handling collection of outstanding balances.
∎ • Updating payment information.
∎ • Checking all kinds of bills & receipts.
∎ • Communicating with clients on a regular basis
∎ • Preparing weekly expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet.
∎ • Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decisions as needed.
∎ • Generating various finance and accounting related reports.
∎ • Updating the Accounts in software(XERO) on a regular basis and reconciling statements with transactions
∎ • Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers.
∎ • Preparing monthly purchase, inventory, and cash flow statements.
∎ • Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
