Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 2 years in Accounts & HR-related roles.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) & MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain financial records, accounts payable/receivable and prepare financial reports.
- Handle payroll, tax calculations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee record management.
- Manage office administration, attendance and leave tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Support performance evaluation, employee engagement and welfare activities.
