Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2 years in Accounts & HR-related roles.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) & MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practices.
• Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Maintain financial records, accounts payable/receivable and prepare financial reports.
• Handle payroll, tax calculations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee record management.
• Manage office administration, attendance and leave tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Support performance evaluation, employee engagement and welfare activities.
