∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Financial Record and Processing of transaction.
∎ Accounts Payable & Receivable Management.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement at the month end.
∎ Inventory Management & Maintain Party Ledger.
∎ Confirm Accounting entries on daily Basis.
∎ Keep good knowledge in checking parties
∎ Responsible for maintaining day to day general Banking.
∎ Payment disbursement of Cash & Cheque.
∎ Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in software maintain documentation timely.
∎ To maintain proper documentation system for future reference
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, salary sheets, Voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Handling cash book, party ledger, stock ledger & others accounts related issues.
∎ Managing petty cash transactions & banking statement.
∎ Should have knowledge in Tax, VAT.
∎ Import L/C opening, Customs clearing & all kind of commercial works.
∎ Liability account maintaining & related works with bank.
∎ Collection of receivable amount from customer.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-10 years working experience in the Accounts Department of any garments reputed industry/Group of Company.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
