Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements (quarterly, half yearly & yearly).
∎ To establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
∎ To coordinate and complete annual audits.
∎ To provide recommendations to management regarding cost control or other financial issues.
∎ To ensure all procedures of making salary payment in a month.
∎ To manage different kinds of supplier and service providers.
∎ To improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
∎ To meet financial accounting objectives.
∎ To serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
∎ To support budget and forecasting activities
∎ To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
∎ To follow up of audit findings and recommendations for mitigation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives and implement.
∎ Have skills on creative recommendations, organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be entitled based on experience & Potential.
