∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in the real estate or construction sector.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and local tax laws.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
∎ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory requirements
∎ Monitor cash flows, fund management, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
∎ Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies.
∎ Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
∎ Oversee project-based costing and financial planning for new developments.
