Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare management report on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the management in time.
∎ Preparation of Cash Flow Statement, Financial Budgets, Ratio Analysis, Recovery Report, Financial Projection etc. on monthly basis and analyzing and presenting these report to top management.
∎ To prepare and review various bank reconciliations and the raised discrepancy from reconciliation will be closely monitored and settled.
∎ Handle companies all sorts of VAT & TAX issues independently.
∎ To monitor and controlling the Receivable and Payable System on daily basis.
∎ To prepare all kind of reconciliations.
∎ Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transaction.
∎ Prepare financial budget.
∎ Follow up loan liability and general ledger of the company.
∎ Record and follow up daily transaction in Tally ERP System.
∎ Ensure all accounting source documents are accurately preserved.
∎ Ensure properly and timely record keeping of book of accounts.
∎ Dealing with bank other financial institute.
∎ Maintain operation/ financial activities of accounts department.
∎ Import & Export LC follow up.
∎ Preparation of costing.
∎ Dealing with CNF agent.
∎ Maintain all information in automation system.
∎ To face yearly audit by external auditors.
∎ Others job assign by management.
