Job Overview:

AMITIEZ is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Accounts & Administrative Officer to support the financial and administrative operations of our creative agency. The candidate should be capable of handling accounts, office coordination, client/vendor communication, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounts, bills, vouchers, and expense records
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and payment follow-ups
  • Handle bank transactions and financial documentation
  • Maintain office files, inventory, and administrative records
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support management in project coordination and office operations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities
