∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ 4/5 years Professional Working Experience in relevant field with development organization in accounts and financial management field.
∎ Practical Knowledge and Experience of working with donor funded development project.
∎ Practical working experience on using Excel and financial reporting to donor using Microsoft Excel
∎ Practical working knowledge on using accounting software of QuickBooks is essential.
∎ Good Computer skills and computer operation on office management, typing skills in both Bangla and English is essential
∎ Practical working knowledge to prepare FD-6, FD-7, FD-2, FD-3 and annual report for NGO Affairs Bureau and full-fill the reporting requirement of local administrative offices.
∎ Who have working experience on micro finance management do not need to apply
∎ Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentially requirement
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines
∎ Attention to detail and good financial and administrative record keeping skills is necessary.
∎ Must be mentally fit and able to work more time under pressure and maintain deadlines of the works.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all books of accounts as per HOPE ’87 and donor’s financial guidelines and updated it regularly.
∎ Responsible for fund management, follow-up and monitoring of expenditure with project activities and meet with internal and external audit
∎ Maintain project accounts and accomplish administrative functions in accordance with rules and procedures of the organization and donor’s requirement
∎ Maintain all related files, registers, documents, bill-vendors, staff personal files and other papers/documents
∎ Follow all financial, HR, Procurement and other guideline of the organization
∎ Maintain day to day office and admin work
∎ Summarizes current financial status by collecting information including VAT and TAX
∎ Ensure VAT & Income Tax deduction at source as per Bangladesh Govt. rules and deposited it to the Govt. Treasury on timely.
∎ Prepare monthly/half-yearly/yearly financial reports as per donor requirement and submit to donor on timely.
∎ Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports as per requirement.
∎ Maintain financial security by following internal controls
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis by comparing the financial transactions.
∎ Prepare and carry out project end Audit and yearly consolidated Audit
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisors and management.
∎ Perform NGO Affairs Bureau required work
∎ Organization Type: Austria based NGO and Non-Profit Organization
∎ Job Duration: For the project period 2 (two) year, may be extended due to availability of donor fund.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar as per requirement
∎ Job Description / Responsibility:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Range: Gross salary Tk. 28,000 -32,000 BDT per month
∎ Other Benefits: Festival allowance, actual travel cost and other admissible benefit as per project budget and organization policy.
