Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting transaction records, creditor and debtor control, and other related accounting activities.
∎ Responsible for managing cash operations, such as: expenses payable, maintenance of maximum and minimum balances, cash verification and recording, etc.
∎ Manage fixed assets by maintaining records in the register and verifying physical stock.
∎ Manage all kinds of accounting and financial summary reports required by management.
∎ Preparing & maintaining vouchers, invoices, & journals in the Excel sheet, software, and register.
∎ Collaboration with clients to collect bills on time.
∎ Knowledge about Bank Finance & documentation
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the accounting software system.
∎ Prepare and maintain VAT registers as per law.
∎ The candidates should be familiar with monthly VAT Return submission, the issue of VAT challan, Mushak Forms (Mushak-6.3, Mushak-6.6, and Mushak-6.7), and using VAT manually.
∎ Preparation, maintain, follow-up, and ensuring Monthly VDS Calculation, Requisition, Fund Collection & deposit to government authority in due time.
∎ Day-to-day office management, file maintenance, and implementation of instructions of the authority.
∎ Manage administrative staff and ensure their smooth operation.
∎ Manage office operations and all logistics-related issues.
∎ Manage and maintain all sorts of office inventory and asset registers.
∎ Keeping records, finding discrepancies on a periodic basis, and taking corrective actions. Raising a flag to the supervisor whenever necessary.
∎ Assist in being conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ To coordinate the HR, Admin, Product, and Sales department during the compliance audit.
