Responsibilities & Context:
💼 Manage chart of accounts, customer and supplier records, and core bookkeeping operations including invoices, bills, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
🏦 Perform bank, credit card, and payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, Wise) reconciliations.
🧾 Oversee payroll, VAT returns, and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
🛒 Handle e-commerce bookkeeping (Amazon, Shopify, eBay) and integrate accounting apps such as Hubdoc, Dext, Bill, and Pipedrive.
📊 Manage budgets, projects, expense claims, and bank loans.
🤖 Utilize AI bookkeeping tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and professional support.
🧩 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
📅 Complete monthly KPI reports and maintain a high standard of typing accuracy and speed.
