- Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, property performance, and financial ratios.
- Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate tax laws, including tax deductions, capital gains, property taxes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Expertise in creating and managing budgets for real estate projects, property portfolios, and operating expenses.
- Cash Flow Management: Managing cash flow for property operations, including rent collections, maintenance costs, and financing for property purchases or developments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of real estate-specific regulations, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.

- Real Estate Investment Analysis: Proficiency in evaluating investment opportunities and performing due diligence for acquisitions, including financial modeling and market assessments.

- Project Financing: Knowledge in structuring financing for property acquisitions, developments, or refinancing, including working with lenders and investors.
- Leasing & Rent Roll Management: Understanding lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant management for accurate revenue recognition.
- Real Estate Development Accounting: Specialized knowledge in managing the accounting for development projects, including construction costs, project timelines, and financing.
- Portfolio Management: Ability to manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, and capital growth.
- Real Estate Transactions: Expertise in accounting for buying, selling, and leasing real estate, including understanding escrow, closing costs, and transfer taxes.
Responsibilities & Context: - Financial Reporting: Accuracy and compliance are ensured through preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Accounting: Keep track of everyday transactions and balance accounts.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with tax planning and prepare tax returns.
- Internal Controls & Audit: Support audits and guarantee efficient internal controls.
- Payroll: Handle payroll taxes and payroll processing.
