∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in CA (CC) and partly qualified
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Problem solving and decision making
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Checking Bill and Documents, Recordkeeping, Tally Software, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements within the schedule time.
∎ Preparing & checking the vouchers daily and recorded properly;
∎ Posting in the Cashbook, Bankbook & Ledger on a daily basis in tally software
∎ Monitoring & taking approval of expenses according to policy;
∎ Preparation & disbursement of Salary;
∎ Bank Reconciliation;
∎ Deal account payable and account receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof;
∎ Checking bills submitted by vendors;
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Schedule;
∎ Deal with corporate tax matters and ensure submission of Tax returns;
∎ Prepare VAT challan/tax invoices (Mushak#6.3), credit notes (Mushak#6.7) and debit notes (Mushak#6.8), VDS & TDS as per Government Rules. Collect TDS/ VDS challan
∎ Lesion with Auditor for timely submission of the audit report
∎ Preparing annual budget and reconciliation actual Vs budget
∎ To be knowledge with Tally software(ERP)
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Male are allowed to apply.
∎ Tally Software proficiency is mandatory.
∎ Having good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Team player and have the ability to work independently as and when required.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
