• You’ve got experience in accounting or finance; ideally in tourism, hospitality, or small business.
• You know your way around T-ledger, Excel, or popular accounting software.
• You’re reliable, organized, and can manage things with minimal supervision.
• Numbers make sense to you. Accuracy matters.
• You’re calm under pressure, practical, and you communicate clearly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping: recording expenses, tracking revenue, updating ledgers.
• Preparing monthly financial statements: income, balance sheet, and cash flow for management.
• Reconciling bank statements, ensuring everything matches up.
• Support in budgeting: working with operations on expense forecasting, cost monitoring.
• Helping with payroll and vendor payments.
• Ensuring compliance with Bangladeshi tax rules and regulations.
• Assisting with external audits and documentation requests.
