Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
∎ Operate accounting software and maintain records using Excel, ERP
∎ Maintain purchase and sales registers, ensuring all formalities are completed.
∎ Review, verify, and approve expense reports and supplier/party bills.
∎ Perform regular reconciliations of customer ledgers and other financial accounts.
∎ Post and process journal entries to ensure proper recording of business transactions Generate billing statements.
∎ analyze financial data, and support budgeting activities Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
∎ Execute any special financial tasks or analytical projects assigned by management.
