Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Operate accounting software and maintain records using Excel, ERP
Maintain purchase and sales registers, ensuring all formalities are completed.
Review, verify, and approve expense reports and supplier/party bills.
Perform regular reconciliations of customer ledgers and other financial accounts.
Post and process journal entries to ensure proper recording of business transactions Generate billing statements.
analyze financial data, and support budgeting activities Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
Execute any special financial tasks or analytical projects assigned by management.
