∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: C A,ACCA
∎ Training/Trade Course: Microsoft Office Softwares,Accounting Related Course
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts, Auditing, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Operation and control:
∎ Accounts keeping of General Fund and other organizational accounts.
∎ Checking all bills and vouchers for the above accounts
∎ Prepare all vouchers (Dr., Cr. Jr) as per bills/invoices of expenses.
∎ Prepare cheque & handover to vendor & respective employee on prior Consent of authority with necessary compliance.
∎ Day-to-day petty cash handling.
∎ Ensure revenue stamp affix for acknowledging receipt/bill voucher and Tax, VAT deducted as per GOB rules
∎ Daily basis accounting software maintenance TALLY, ERP-9, etc.
∎ Maintain all accounts-related books and documents (Cashbook, Ledger Cheque Register, Stock Book, Procurement Register, etc.) in an organized and proper Sequential manner.
∎ Preserve all financial documents systematically.
∎ Report Preparation:
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly, Annual Financial reports.
∎ Prepare Budget Expenditure Report.
∎ Ensure proper documentation on finance.
∎ Any other task assigned by authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
