Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking and Verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
∎ Reconcile invoice and resolve any discrepancies
∎ Preparing cheques for payment & processing payments to internal customer/suppliers
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions through software
∎ Basic knowledge of Tax and Vat
∎ Supporting internal and external audit requirements•
∎ Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing•
∎ Performing vendor and bank reconciliation
∎ Work closely with internal departments and external vendors/supplier’s to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
