Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the overall Bridge, Road, Bridge construction sites.
∎ Check of Suppliers and contractor's bills.
∎ Check the advance and adjustment of project expenses.
∎ Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paper work.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety issues of the staff.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality performance.
∎ Co-ordination with the entire department that is involved in the Road project.
∎ Responsible to complete project work within the schedule time.
∎ Ensuring quality of the Road Construction Materials.
∎ Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Projects.
