Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage day-to-day accounts operations and reporting.
- Enter data into accounting software and oversee software-related tasks.
- Disburse payments and ensure proper recording and reconciliation.
- Check bills, vouchers, invoices, and handle daily cash and bank transactions.
- Process salaries and other employee payments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
