∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, petty cash management, Procurement, Recruitment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Office Administrative Officer Duties:
∎ Purchase general office supplies, kitchen supplies, equipment, etc.
∎ Manage office purchases and payment requests.
∎ Keep receipts and other documents for purchases.
∎ Use scanners to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format.
∎ Maintain Petty cash digitally.
∎ Handle checks and cash for vendor and other payments.
∎ Actively participate in monthly accounting books close.
∎ Actively participate in year-end close .
∎ Coordinate meetings, events, conference calls, and video conferences.
∎ Answer office emails and phone inquiries.
∎ Taking meeting minutes and typing reports.
∎ Manage peon, cook and office cleaners.
∎ Manage all databases and records; gatekeeper of files/records; able to explain filing system to others.
∎ Process and scan files to be entered into computer in digital database
∎ Prepare and send out courier/mail
∎ HR Related Duties:
∎ Assist CEO with any recruitment-related activities.
∎ Post jobs on job sites.
∎ Set up interviews.
∎ Liaise with candidates.
∎ Maintain attendance records with employees.
∎ First point of contact for HR related issues for employees.
∎ Maintain employee records and HR folders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to get along well with others and work across departments.
∎ High standards of customer service.
∎ Ability to sustain in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Presentable and personable.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
