Should be able to handle Accounts receivables and payments, Bill submission, banks, all accounts related transactions, audits, tax & Vat, etc.
Must have knowledge of office programs
Skills & Expertise : Computer Office program, Accounting software expert
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax filings.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Maintain financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
