Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Social Sciences/Statistics/Development Management/International Development or relevant field.Essential
∎ Post graduate degree. Desirable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures efficient and transparent use of resources in accordance with internal controls
∎ Establishes staff engagement mechanisms.
∎ Addresses difficult situations and makes tough decisions confidently and calmly
∎ Considers the wider impact of decisions to be made in the short and long-term.
∎ Continuously provides feedback and updates to achieve improved results
∎ Coordinates with stakeholders to avoid duplication and maximise resources
∎ Documents lessons learned and apply them to future projects
∎ Work with the MEAL team to build a positive team environment and to undertake the work in an efficient and effective manner
∎ Provide leadership to Field Assessors, Project Assistants and (where relevant) Partner staff, encouraging effective teamwork and helping to prioritize tasks.
∎ Engage as part of project collaboration with other sectors within the WV team based in both - ensure a positive work environment and project coordination
∎ Collaborate with implementing partners and primary stakeholders to develop feasible and effective discussion events where M&E data are analyzed and programming action is agreed upon
∎ Facilitate Reflection & Learning process for sector and project level for continuous improvement.
∎ Facilitate a learning culture within the team to promote response learning
∎ Share and reflect on the progress of the program to the program partners.
∎ Keeping & storing data for each project for update to the NO for the NOBP ,CWBT and other reporting purposes on time
∎ Working with the community and facilitate to develop the community feedback mechanism at field level/project.
∎ Closely working with the community groups [working groups] and sector leads and brings update to the community engagement guideline in continuous basis.
∎ Disseminate the community led monitoring information to the accountability coordinator to update the response accountability mechanism

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on the Rohingya refugee crisis and Response. Essential
∎ Understand poverty issues, development theories and holistic development. Essential
∎ Good training or facilitation skills. Essential
∎ Proven report writing skills. Essential
∎ Good communication and networking skills. Essential
∎ Ability to speak Chittagong/Rohingya Bengali, English both written and verbal is an added advantage. Essential
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation. Essential
∎ Minimum of 2 year experience in relief and development work/experience in humanitarian accountability design and implementation. Essential
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp location five days in a week.
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.
