Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle petty cash, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate disbursement.
∎ Maintain precise financial records and documentation.
∎ Manage credit terms and supplier relationships.
∎ Prepare monthly supplier payments, reports, and budgets.
∎ Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
∎ Support month-end and year-end financial closing.
∎ Ensure timely submission of bills with complete supporting documents.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team for compliance with company policies.
∎ Maintain and update the corporate office’s cash book.
∎ Operate petty cash software and provide daily reports to management.
