∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
∎ Post-Graduation (MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field)
∎ Graduation in relevant disciplines, preferably:
∎ Textile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Production Engineering/ Business Studies (with a focus on supply chain)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze Purchase Requisitions (PR), send Requests for Quotation (RFQ), prepare Comparative Statements (CS), issue Purchase Orders (PO), and ensure follow-up until final delivery.
∎ Manage the vendor and supplier selection process based on pricing, quality, support, capacity, and reliability to ensure optimal procurement decisions.
∎ Oversee sample development, collection, approval, and coordinate production and delivery based on the approved sample.
∎ Maintain and manage supplier relationships to drive value, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
∎ Conduct cost analysis by comparing current market prices with previous purchases to ensure cost-effective procurement.
∎ Provide budgeted pricing to users based on their requirements to facilitate accurate financial planning.
∎ Monitor market trends and pricing of purchasing materials and update market intelligence accordingly.
∎ Conduct frequent market/vendor visits for knowledge gathering, supplier assessment, and production status updates.
∎ Maintain and update all process-related reports for reference and documentation purposes.
∎ Identify and develop new and reliable manufacturing sources to meet urgent procurement needs.
