∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The accountant must be familiar with Tally or common accounting software.
∎ Reconcile monthly bank statements with internal cash records.
∎ Assist with payroll by providing salary-related updates (transfers, resignations) to HR and entering payroll data.
∎ Generating weekly, monthly, and other financial reports as needed
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, and software-based financial reports.
∎ Maintain ledger, cash book, money receipts (MR), and related records.
∎ Disburse employee salaries and labor bills on time.
∎ Verify vouchers and manage daily payment processing.
∎ Prepare timekeeping and casual salary bills.
∎ Develop and submit weekly and monthly financial budgets.
∎ Perform any additional duties assigned by higher management.
∎ Strong communication, team work and adoptability.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for submission to government authorities .
∎ Highly preferable with well knowned HR operations.
∎ Prepare and maintain employee personal files, leave status, and monthly salary sheets.
