Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Only candidates with proven experience in running social media advertisements with a minimum spend of $10,000 are encouraged to apply.
∎ Develop, implement, and manage advanced Facebook advertising strategies to meet the company's lead generation, sales, and branding objectives.
∎ Create and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, focusing on conversion, traffic, engagement, and retargeting objectives.
∎ Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates, using Facebook Analytics and other tools.
∎ Research and define highly targeted audience segments to ensure the most efficient ad spend and reach.
∎ Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content aligned with campaign goals.
∎ Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
∎ Manage advertising budgets with accuracy and accountability, ensuring spend aligns with business targets and provides a positive return.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any ad delivery, performance, or policy-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity in the social media advertising landscape.
