Job Circular: Finance and Accounts Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department.

• Handle all company accounts, including ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.

• Maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Post-graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role within a finance or accounting department is mandatory.

• Age: Minimum 28 years old.

• Language: Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential. Strong verbal communication skills are a must.

• Professionalism: A proven track record of handling previous work with professionalism and integrity.

Important Information:

• This is not an entry-level position. Please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum 4 years of experience.

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
