Skills Required: AutoCAD,Canva,D5 rendering,Microsoft Excel,SketchUp
Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Creative knowledge to produce new ideas and concepts
Excellent knowledge in 3D SketchUp modeling, lighting, D5 rendering and Animation.
Prepare Design Concept, Plan, with detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization, Material, Cost Estimation, Site Monitor & execution if required.
Be able to conduct research on the current situation and design trend, learning, new concepts and tools and keep updated.
Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, and Cost estimate as per approved Design.
Should be a team player and must have good communication skills.
Pro-active to work under pressure must be result oriented with creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts.
Make BOQ according to budget.
