∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
∎ Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Architecture from any reputed institution
∎ Must have a proven track record.
∎ At least 3-year(s) experience in following industries: Interior Design Architecture & Planning, Real Estate, Developer, Engineering Firms, Consulting firms
∎ Knowledge in Bangla and English typing.
∎ Skills Required: 3D modeling and rendering, Adobe Photoshop, cinema 4d, Computer Operating, Graphics Designing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3DS MAX, Adobe illustrator, AUTO CAD, LUMION, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces, furniture, and design concepts.
∎ Excellent and advanced knowledge on AutoCAD, 3DX-Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumon, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, 3D modeling, and other graphic-related software.
∎ Conceptualization: Work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into compelling visual representations.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of 3D visualizations, paying meticulous attention to colour concept, form, composition, lighting, textures, and scale.
∎ Presentation: Prepare and present 3D visualizations to clients and team members, effectively communicating design ideas and concepts.
∎ Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software tools and techniques for 3D modeling and rendering.
∎ Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends and technological advancements in 3D visualization to continuously improve the quality and impact of our work.
∎ Complete original renderings, drawings, sketches, etc. to clients, upon request, for their project.
∎ Adequate knowledge of the overall print material design concept
∎ Able to develop design, marketing, and branding communication materials.
∎ Any other design-related duties assigned by the architect or management
∎ Regular site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
∎ Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
