Responsibilities & Context:
Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural projects.
Translate conceptual ideas, sketches, and 2D plans into accurate 3D models using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar software.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design presentations.
Refine and enhance architectural concepts through 3D modeling, material detailing, lighting, and texturing.
Produce detailed 3D views for interior, exterior, landscape, and urban design projects.
Assist in design development by proposing creative solutions and visual concepts.
Stay updated with the latest trends in architectural visualization and emerging 3D technologies.
