∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the lubricant and automotive sector.
∎ Experience in tStrong sales acumen with leadership ability
∎ Experience in regional team management
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
∎ Ability to travel frequently within assigned zones
∎ Previous experience in lubricant or automotive field is a plus+lubricant industry is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage sales performance in the assigned zone
∎ Supervise, train and motivate area sales teams and representatives
∎ Maintain strong relationship with dealers, distributors
∎ Plan and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility
∎ Prepare regular reports and forecasts for zone performance

∎ Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager responsible for overseeing sales operations and marketing activities within a specific zone. The Zonal Manager will manage local sales teams, co-ordinate with distributors, set zonal targets and ensure achievement of sales goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and the ability to drive performance through team collaboration and market engagement.
