Job Context:
∎ Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in retail market, preferably within the PVC/CPVC pipe-fittings.
∎ Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh market and its dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
∎ Sound understanding of market trends and industry dynamics within the designated zone.
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and put in place strategies to achieve our goals in the designated zone.
∎ Manage a team responsible for the zone's activities.
∎ Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously improve operational efficiency.
∎ Identify challenges within the zone and develop effective solutions to address them.
∎ Keep our business practices ethical and responsible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in retail market, preferably within the PVC/CPVC pipe-fittings or Real-estate or Construction or similar industry.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will depend on your experience and expertise.
