Proactive in scouting and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Scout, negotiate, and develop institutional clients, dealers, and distributors.
Manage, monitor, and follow up with both new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with institutional clients and dealers.
Supervise subordinates and report to superiors as per company guidelines.
Achieve institutional sales targets in a competitive market.
