∎ Supervise to ensure good quality, and progress of maintenance works, as well as full compliance with contract specifications
∎ Strong English language skills in both spoken and written
∎ Capable to work in stress and under pressure.
∎ Active and pre-planned on duty.
∎ Hard working and studious attitude.
∎ Honest personality with team-spirit.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign them to appropriate personnel.
∎ Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of electrical assignments.
∎ Advise coordinator of technical problems concerned with installation, modification, and repair of electrical assignments.
∎ Plan and supervise the work of electricians and estimate electrical jobs.
∎ Responsible for environmental permits, reports, forms, and surveys as required by regulation, policy and procedures, and submit them on a timely basis.
∎ Assume responsibility for all environmental compliance activities for the group through audits, reporting, incident tracking, and investigation.
∎ Making improvements and offering advice about operational procedures.
∎ Prepare, develop and implement job-specific PTW/JSA/HA/Risk Assessment/RCA.
∎ Perform maintenance activities in Company locations as guided and advised by upper management and report as per job execution.
∎ Prepare Weekly/ Monthly Job Plan for PM & CM activities.
∎ Daily walk round/ work site visit & Supervising engineering and technical staff and follow up the daily checklist activities of PM/CM jobs of the team.
∎ Keep track of equipment PM job schedule.
∎ Prepare MOC documents, such as Built Drawings and Project proposals.
