Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive appropriate scaffolding and work at height training. Understand the scope of their work and their role in performing the work.
∎ Understand the operation and procedures applicable to the scaffolding erection and dismantling.
∎ Adhere to any necessary information, instruction or training is given to workers to ensure that they understand the procedures in general, and the specific precautions required for their work.
∎ The person carrying out the job fully understands their responsibilities under the Permit, and the consequences of incidents and noncompliance.
∎ Verify PPHA/JSA has been completed addressing the work, and the conditions and precautions specified in the Permit are fully understood, implemented, and effectively monitored.
∎ Inspect scaffolding components before and after use and store appropriately.
∎ Stop the work if unsafe acts or conditions are identified and take corrective actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 5 years job Experience in Related Job.
∎ Trained from any recognized scaffolding training provider BSEN 12811
