∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in CSE, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Experience with Laravel, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON integration.
∎ Prior agency experience handling international clients.
∎ Familiarity with Trello, Slack, or other project management tools.
∎ 2+ years of proven experience in WordPress development.
∎ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
∎ Expertise in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
∎ Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with WooCommerce, SEO best practices, and website optimization tools.
∎ Working knowledge of MySQL database management.
∎ Understanding of version control systems like Git.
∎ Basic knowledge of web hosting, cPanel, and domain management.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
∎ Design and implement new features and functionality using WordPress themes and plugins.
∎ Convert Figma/PSD/Adobe XD designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve website issues including bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities.
∎ Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and scalability.
∎ Integrate third-party APIs and WooCommerce functionalities.
∎ Collaborate with the UI/UX, content, and marketing teams to implement user-centric solutions.
∎ Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
∎ Manage WordPress updates, backups, and security measures.
∎ Provide post-development support and training to clients or internal staff.
