Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop websites as per client's requirements
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers
∎ Strong comprehension of WordPress, WordPress, theme development, WordPress website maintenance (handling front & back end)
∎ Design and develop real-time dashboards
∎ Design a database and scale it efficiently
∎ Payment Gateway integration SSL / Bkash / Nagad / Rocket
∎ Maintain best practices, responsiveness, pixel perfection, and quality code.
∎ Write technical documentation if required
∎ Collaborate with other team members
∎ HTML5, CSS, Good command on JavaScript (Ajax, Jquery, React)
∎ Strong knowledge of API
∎ Maintenance of Server/cPanel/Hosting
∎ Website optimization and Mobile friendly (AMP)
∎ Very good understanding of Responsive Web Design/Admin Panel with Bootstrap
∎ Experience in building modern web applications/software by using any framework
∎ Experience in plugins, especially used to wpbakery, elementor, Divi and other page builders
∎ Woocommerce, Payment integration like SSLCommerz, 2checkout, Stripe etc.
∎ Website optimization, backup & security
∎ Ability to make Android and iOS apps will add value
∎ Skilled in speed optimization techniques
∎ Able to implement basic On-Page SEO while developing
∎ Experienced in using CDN deployment using Cloudflare etc.
∎ Ability to deploy servers on cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years working experience in PHP, specifically Wordpress
∎ Proficiency using WordPress / PHP
∎ Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
∎ Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector
∎ Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
∎ Mobile optimization
∎ Website security
∎ API works
∎ Server-side integrations
∎ Payment Gateways
