∎ Age 20 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2023.
∎ Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as Orientation, Grievance, OHS, etc.
∎ Ensure grievance management system as per BLC.
∎ Establish effective both way flow of communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
∎ Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate wash room facility, drinking water, etc.
∎ Advise and brief workers on the proper use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety and others health and safety related issues.
∎ Maintain compliance as per compliance guidelines and company policy.
∎ Conduct awareness training programs on rules and regulations as per Buyer's Code of Conduct & law of the country.
∎ Conduct orientation for new employees.
∎ Organize welfare committee meetings, Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers. Counseling and follow up pregnant workers.
∎ Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
∎ Prepare for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard.
