Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Supervision:
∎ Absent counselling in absent worker
∎ Phone communication with absent employees
∎ Maternity documents collect (Maternity voucher)
∎ Responsible area Lactating mothers' documents collect
∎ Execution:
∎ Respective area daily welfare issue floor visit
∎ Respective area employee's problem identification & solve. (Grievance handling)
∎ Workers Orientation (Welfare part) three days in week.
∎ Ensure transport & others area special facility for maternity employees.
∎ Conduct survey as per functional head requirement
∎ Coordination:
∎ Gate pass, medical pass, leave issue talk to related HoD.
∎ Maternity employee's monthly awareness training communication
∎ PC meeting participant communication for meeting attendance.
∎ Bank & BKMEA from fill-up for lactating mother's documents.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Respective area workers absent report collect from Software
∎ Workers Orientation (Welfare part) documents maintain
∎ Maternity employee register entry
∎ Maternity employee's nominee documents preparation
∎ Maternity employee bill preparation
∎ Maternity employee's monthly awareness training documents
∎ Summarized weekly floor check list report
∎ Injury investigation report
∎ Respective area complains box opening & submit summary report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have more than 01 years experience as Welfare Officer.
∎ Candidate who have experience in Gazipur or Savar zone, they will give preference.
∎ Candidate must living or accommodate surrounding of the factory or Narayanganj or Uttara.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills, good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office, E-Mail operation.
Salary: Negotiable
