Job Responsibilities:
∎ General Activities:
∎ Ensure that PDC children getting access to safe drinking water, proper sanitation and hygiene practices
∎ Take different awareness sessions with the project participants in accordance to the flipchart provided by Concern Worldwide
∎ To assist WASH rights of urban extreme poor recognized by relevant government agencies (WASA and City Corporation) across all targeted wards.
∎ Advocacy to legalize illegal water connections with respect WASA and local Ward councilors
∎ Organize meeting with Zonal offices/ Slum Development Units/ Ward Councilor Offices of City Corporations and WASA
∎ Organize joint visits to target communities with local authorities' identification of WASH challenges and discussions with residents
∎ BCC (Campaign on Behavior Change Communication) & Community mobilize to improve hygiene behavior and HIV in the slums & PDC.
∎ Attend urban WASH platforms for raising issues and advocate for WASH service provision
∎ Establish mobile toilets for UEP (Urban Extreme Poor)
∎ Establish connection between water ATM booth authorities & our project participants, if required.
∎ Re-activate WHCs to provide healthcare & nutrition agenda services, orientation on roles and action plan to address nutrition problem in their ward;
∎ Establish 'Mother support' self-help groups established to run community-based day care centers operating as 'community nutrition hubs'
∎ Train self-help groups by providing nutrition, diet and food preparing sessions.
∎ Establish community operated day care centers by the 'Mother Support' group.
∎ Locate centers and create a map in order to find suitable and nearby health care providers.
∎ Recognize & celebrate nutrition, sanitation and hygiene key days.
∎ Contributing to contingency planning for possible WASH emergency response, if required
∎ Determine the cause of the malnutrition in the emergency response and formulate appropriate responses that will address the cause.
∎ Prepare quarterly and monthly work plans with the consultation of APC and PDC manager
∎ For Identify the project participants, work to baseline Survey.
∎ Entry the survey form.
∎ Night visit.
∎ Go to market for purchase fruits and vegetables.
∎ Write up different application if needed.
∎ Write up different register books.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Responsible for ensuring smooth flow of Activity monthly, quarterly and any other unscheduled report and provided to the senior management and donor organization.
∎ Ensure progress report in the monthly and quarterly meeting
∎ Analyze and identify potential issues related to project activities and report to person responsible.
∎ Contributing to the preparation of internal and external reports for the NGO and donors.
∎ Communication, Coordination & Networking:
∎ Work with influential local leaders to influence change in hygiene practice.
∎ Local influential stakeholders on WHC (Ward Health Committee) used to influence behavior change in child feeding and caring practices
∎ Compliance of administrative activities with organizations/Project rules, regulations, policies and strategies.
∎ Strengthen partnerships, institutional linkages and working relationships
∎ Whenever required, organise meeting with concerned govt. employees, civil society and other stakeholders to make the aware of project.
∎ Maintain good working relation with colleagues & peers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experiences required on WASH and Nutrition related work.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 23000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary send to online bank account
