Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ A reputed national NGO is inviting applications to fill the position of ‘WASH Facilitator’ who will be responsible for ensuring direct implementation of technical interventions of the project activities.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining regular contact and information collection with the work area's WASH deployment-based communities, management committees, and other WASH installation stakeholders.
∎ Site Selection, site measurement for WASH infrastructures, training facilitation, liaison with various committees. Liaison with necessary institutions and obtain approval and permission from affiliated institutions.
∎ For Construction of WASH facilities and Water distribution network installations coordinate with WASH promoters and Community-based volunteers(CBVs) through community consultation to select sites and supervise work until installation.
∎ Collecting up-to-date information on latrines, bathing, waste bins, dumping sites, hand washing devices, operational and non-operational activities and provide assistance to the supervisor in related works.
∎ Regular supervise all of construction works of all types of WASH facilities (Water Network, Latrines, Bathing, Hand washing devices, Pond development, Rain water harvesting systems etc.)
∎ Working as a team, maintaining in touch with the WASH Promotor, Community Based Volunteer, CFW, and supervisor each working day, as well as monitoring them.
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for software interventions such as kobo collect or survey CTO and plan for an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Driving license holders will get preference.
∎ Computer/AutoCAD Literacy will get priority.
∎ Estimation must be required.
∎ Computer Literacy.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
