Store Management, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Maintain warehouse operation in receiving, requisition, checking & inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
∎ • To follow-up overall inventory management.
∎ • Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ • Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ • Create item specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management.
∎ • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to the concerned for reimbursement and record keeping.
∎ • Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis.
∎ • Maintain first in first out method (FIFO) of goods and materials.
∎ • Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
∎ • Daily and monthly stock verification.
∎ • Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ • Age at most 35 years
∎ • Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ • Must have Idea of ERP system and expectancy in computer applications.
∎ • Knowledge in store & Inventory procedure & guidelines.
∎ • Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department in store work.
∎ • Must have the ability to supervise in store working.
∎ • Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ • Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ • Willing to work in a team.
∎ • Confident and dynamic personality.
