GEEOO & MEKE, fast-growing brands in the mobile gadgets and accessories sector, are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee daily inventory operations. The role is critical in ensuring accurate stock management, smooth warehouse workflow, and timely order fulfillment across both online and offline sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular stock audits (daily, weekly, monthly)
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Warehouse Operations Management
Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of products
Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
Stock Planning & Replenishment
Monitor stock levels and forecast demand
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for restocking
Prevent overstocking and stockouts
Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and shrinkage
Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions
Manage warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and loaders
Train team members on handling sensitive electronic products
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Ensure proper handling of fragile and high-value gadgets
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
