Education:
    • Diploma in Nursing
    • Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery recognized by Bangladesh Nursing Council with minimum four (04) years’ experience.

Skill development Training or Certificate course. Or nursing services.

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Managing the unit's operations, ensuring patient care quality, and leading the nursing staff.

  2. Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ward or cabin.

  3. Administer medications and manage IV drips.

  4. Operate and monitor life-support equipment.

  5. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on treatment plans.

  6. Respond to cardiac emergencies and perform life-saving interventions.

  7. Document patient care and progress accurately.

  8. Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and care.

  9. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

  10. Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary rounds.

  11. Maintain a sterile and organized ward environment.

  12. Preparing monthly roster for other nursing staffs & PCA.

  13. Ensuring proper staffing and monitoring infection control.

  14. Implementing healthcare protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining equipment functionality.

  15. Counseling staff, scheduling personnel, and participating in management discussions.

  16. Carrying out any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Hospital Management.
